What the quote form collects
The request-a-quote form on this site asks for the fields below. Phone, notes and the attachment are optional. The attachment is one file, PDF, PNG or JPG, 5 MB or less.

The form sends nothing until the consent box is ticked.
Where it goes
A submission is sent as one email to our sales mailbox, sales@northcrestavionics.com. The reply-to address of that email is the address you entered, and any attachment travels inside the email. An optional connection to a customer-records system exists in the code and is off unless we configure it. Submissions are limited per network address and a hidden field catches automated submissions.
What we keep
Submissions are kept in that mailbox. The website itself stores nothing you enter. Our application log for a submission records a short request id and a status code.
