Origin and production status

Origin claim

Designed and Assembled in the USA — allied-sourced components

That claim means three things. NCG-1 and NCG-1-D are designed in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Final assembly will be done by a US contract manufacturer, selected per production run and named on that run's certificate of conformance. Components are allied-sourced, and the country of origin is recorded for every line of the bill of materials.

NorthCrest makes no broader origin claim than the one above.

Rev A modules are in the quoting stage. Production-run records and validation results will be added as they become available.

NDAA and Buy American wording on this page is under counsel review. Until it is cleared, no shorthand compliance language appears here.

Controlled sourcing

Non-PRC origin is a sourcing preference recorded per BOM line, not an exclusion guarantee.

A record behind each production run.

The planned production record connects sourcing information, assembly documentation and unit-level test results. Validation details will be published as the process is established.

Traceability

Per-serial traceability means the label on a board resolves to its run folder: the released BOM, distributor invoices, reel-label photos with lot codes, fab and CM certificates of conformance, and the serial range with its test log.
